It's great to be a MUSTANG

Welcome to the Gilroy High family, Class of 2029!  We are excited to have you join the Mustang family that has been an integral part of Gilroy for over 100 years. This freshmen hub is the virtual version of Mustang Expo, our annual introduction to our campus. We encourage you to take a virtual campus tour and explore the helpful information on this page. You'll find important information about the registration process and more about the academic and extracurricular programs Gilroy High has to offer. We hope this fun and informative freshmen hub will help ensure a smooth transition from middle school to high school.

What Makes Gilroy High Unique

FUTURE FARMERS OF AMERICA

AG PROGRAM/FFA

We are not solely about agriculture in the sense of the traditional family farm, but also encompass careers from the tech industry to the biomedical field. In addition to exploring the many facets of the agriculture industry and its numerous sectors, we also focus on growing the leaders of tomorrow and developing those skills that you will need to succeed, such as public speaking, confidence and the ability to advocate for something you believe in. Gilroy FFA has been a part of the National FFA organization since 1931 and is a tradition that is valued by many in this community. Learn more

This highly competitive four-year program is designed to give you hands-on experience working with the same tools used by professionals in hospitals and labs. Students engage in compelling, hands-on activities and work together to find solutions to problems. Students take from the courses in-demand knowledge and skills they will use in high school and for the rest of their lives, on any career path they take. Are you up for the challenge? Then, the BSA is the place for you! Learn more
