What You'll Study

The World Languages department develops proficiency in the four language-acquisition skills: listening, speaking, reading and writing. The department also promotes understanding and appreciation of Hispanic and Francophone cultures, and further supports students’ learning by integrating English-language study, fine arts and history. Students who successfully complete four years of French or Spanish will be eligible for the Seal of Biliteracy.
